Our annual Hear the Legend with JM BUSHA 54 educational leadership series event was recently held at the Johannesburg Country Club on the 25th October 2019.
The theme for this year was “Women In Struggle”. The central thesis is that women play a supporting role in life confined to certain functions in leadership both at home and in business.
History has shown that when called to duty, and when there are problems - women always rise to the occasion and find solutions. We have seen it in corporate, academic institutions and the political-economy in South Africa.
It is on this background, that JM BUSHA 54 honoured Archbishop Desmond Tutu and Mrs. Leah Tutu as our 2019 Legends.
The award was presented to their daughter Mrs. Thandeka Tutu- Gxashe
