The JM BUSHA 54 Sailing Team will be tackling the iconic Cape2Rio Sailing Race on the 4th of January 2020.
The team will be sailing for Peace and Unity promoting peace through the JM BUSHA 54 Races. Our aim is to raise awareness about peace and the benefits of having peace. As JM BUSHA 54 Races, we believe that there is no economic or social development without peace.
The Cape2Rio is run by Royal Cape Yacht Club and transits the South Atlantic Ocean from Cape Town, South Africa to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The Cape2Rio is the Southern Hemisphere’s longest intercontinental yacht race, an astonishing 5,800 kilometers beginning on the 11th of January 2020 in the waters of Table Bay and finishing three weeks later in Rio de Janeiro.
Using this platform is one of the tools we are using to promote peace.
