The JM BUSHA 54 Peace Sailing team have just completed the 2020 Cape to Rio race. The team finished in the early hours of the morning of the 28th January in Rio, about 06h15 local time, and were officially 3rd for line honours!
The Team was awarded 3 trophies as follows:
- The Neptunes Cup - Start one Monohull line honours (1st Monohull across the line).
- Mory Trophy - 1st Place ORC.
- Telescope Trophy - Best Performing Youth Team.
The win is inspiring, encouraging and we salute the team.
This win fulfills our Mission Statement – which places the development of people as a key objective.
Well done Team! You have shown that it is possible to carry the JM BUSHA 54 message of peace to the world.
