JM BUSHA 54 Student Challenge 2017 winners Obakeng Lesenyane
Meet Obakeng Lesenyane, a 20 year old future global leader
from Rustenburg South Africa. He won the JM BUSHA 54 Student Challenge
competition in 2017. After winning the JM BUSHA 54 Student Challenge which is
aimed at identifying and grooming young and future leaders of the African
continent we are proud to share that he went on to be nominated for the Global
emerging young leaders under 20 by the United States state department.
This young leader did not just stop there; he has hosted boot camps to help
students in the North West and Gauteng to apply for scholarships and has won
the most innovative business idea at the Wharton Leadership in the Business
World at the University of Pennsylvania.
On the 17th of November 2018 he will be hosting a
Tedx talk in Pretoria South Africa with his message for the Tedx talk, enslaved
by poverty: education was his liberation. Obakeng is also a fellow for the
youngest inaugural political Academy Public service fellow 2018-2019. Well done
